Using specialist timber frame design software based on AutoCAD Architecture, our in-house designers are able to produce full plan and fabrication drawings bespoke to your project.
All design is carried out by our own experienced in-house design team, who will closely work with you and the Architect as well as any specialist companies involved with the project.
As we produce a full 3D virtual model of the project we are able to fully identify the design issues that can arise during all the stages of a build. Liaising directly with clients and architects throughout the design process we strive to create an end product that results in a trouble free installation on site and a project that satisfies all your requirements.
As Flight Timber is FSC and PEFC accredited we strive to use only the timber we need in a project and minimise any waste generated during the manufacture of our wall panels and floor/joist cassettes. All our fabrication drawings are issued with an electronic cutting list which enables us to fully optimize our saws and production line reducing waste timber.
Flight Timber strives to follow CDM regulations and guidelines to identify and monitor design decisions and developments, applying design risk management during both the design and construction stage’s of your project.
